The export format depends on your selected Reviews App.
During registration, you can select the name of your Shopify reviews app. we support all major Shopify review apps, including Loox, Judge.me, AliReviews, Ryviu, and many more.

If required, customers can also request us the prompt implementation of other custom formats (e.g., for compatibility with a new or small Shopify reviews app).

How do I start using the BrioBytes Reviews?

After completing your registration and setting up your account in our website, install and log in to your account within our Chrome Extension to start exporting reviews.

After logging into the Chrome extension, how do I start exporting reviews?

To export reviews, open a Shopify product page that you want to extract the reviews from and click on "Start Exporting Reviews" in the extension. The extracted reviews will be downloaded in a compatible CSV format of your "Shopify Reviews App" installed on your store and ready for import into it.

The ("Destination Product URL") field is your own product url where the exported reviews will be imported. Enter the product link from your Shopify store where you want the reviews to appear.

Why is the ("Destination Product URL") field required in the Chrome Extension?

The "Destination Product URL" is essential because it allows the extension to extract critical information such as the SKU, Product ID, and Product Handle. These details are mandatory for ensuring a successful import into your "Shopify Reviews App". Without this data, the reviews might not be correctly assigned to the right product.
